Product Description
TLYL belt filter press is a sludge dewatering equipment for solid-liquid separation through pressurized gravity dehydration. It is a device used to filter water from sludge and ultimately produce non-liquid filter cake.In the structure, its filtration section is arranged along the horizontal length and it can continuously perform filtrating, washing, blotting, and filter cloth regeneration etc. The equipment has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, large production capacity, good washing effect, low water content of the filter cake, flexible operation and low maintenance cost etc. It can be widely used for solid-liquid separation in the fields of metallurgy, mining, chemical, papermaking, food, pharmacy and environmental protection etc. and it particularly has a good application in the flue gas desulfurization gypsum dehydration (FGD).
Working Principle
After the slurry enters the dymatic (static)mixer through the slurry pump,it is mixed with the 0.05-0.1% anionic(cationic)ion flocculation solution added at the same time and fully reacted. The fine solid particles (or suspended solids) in the slurry gather. Condensed into a large flocculent mass, the material is transported and spread on the screen of the extended gravity pre-dehydration zone(or on the belt concentrator).Under the action of gravity , free water permeates through the back of the screen to separate and from. The sludge in the non-flowing state reaches the press moves. After passing through the filter belt with adjustable tension and gradually decreasing diameter, Roller and counter-roller implement continuously increasing slowly counter-roller pressure and shearing force, and increase the water content in the slurry through the wedge-shaped zone, low-pressure zone, medium-pressure zone, high-pressure zone and strong counter-roller squeeze zone.The pressure method is continuously squeezed out ,and finally a filter cake with a lower moisture content is discharged and scraped off by a scraper, the upper and lower filter belt are separated, and the micro particles in the surface pores of the filter screen are removed by high-pressure washing water and continue to enter step drying cycle.
Application Range
Belt filter press are mainly used in sand washing mud treatment, construction pilling mud treatment, coal washing mud treatment, mineral mud treatment, and can also be used in papermaking sludge, textile printing and dyeing sludge, leather sludge, food factory activated sludge, ceramics marble polishing sludge, electroplating sludge, clean coal dewatering in coal washing plants, sedimentation sludge in river ponds, organic sludge in chemical plants, etc. The mud cake and clean water produced after treatment can be directly discharged or recycled to achieve zero discharge of sewage.
